A regenerative treatment using your own platelet-rich plasma to support healthier, fresher and more resilient-looking skin.
Every PRP treatment begins with a consultation and medical assessment with Dr Isran Sajid.
PRP stands for platelet-rich plasma. It is prepared from a small sample of your own blood, which is processed to separate and concentrate the plasma and platelets.
The resulting PRP is carefully placed into targeted areas of the skin. Platelets contain naturally occurring growth factors involved in the body’s normal healing and tissue-repair processes.
PRP treatment aims to support gradual improvements in skin quality without adding artificial volume or changing the shape of your facial features.
PRP works with your skin’s own renewal processes. It may be used to support improvement in:
✔ Overall skin quality
✔ Fine lines and early signs of ageing
✔ Dull or tired-looking skin
✔ Uneven skin texture
✔ Crepey or thinning skin
✔ The delicate under-eye area
✔ Mild acne scarring
✔ Skin firmness and resilience
Results develop gradually and vary between patients. PRP is intended to improve skin quality rather than create the volume or structural change associated with dermal filler.
PRP is prepared using a sample of your own blood. It does not contain synthetic filler or aim to reshape your facial features.
Your PRP is prepared from a small blood sample collected during your appointment.
Platelets contain naturally occurring growth factors involved in healing and tissue repair.
PRP supports skin quality without filling, projecting or reshaping your facial features.
Treatment areas and injection points are selected according to your anatomy, skin and concerns.
Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising may occur following treatment.
Changes develop gradually over the weeks following treatment and may continue across a planned course.

At Harley Private, PRP Skin Rejuvenation can be combined with Eufoton Photobiomodulation (PBM)—a non-invasive light-based treatment designed to support the biological processes involved in skin repair and renewal.
Photobiomodulation uses controlled red and near-infrared light energy to stimulate cellular activity within the skin. This may help support recovery, reduce temporary inflammation and promote the processes involved in healthy collagen production and tissue repair.
When combined with PRP, the two treatments take a complementary approach: PRP delivers a concentrated source of your own platelets and growth factors, while photobiomodulation uses light energy to support cellular activity within the treated skin.
The treatment is non-invasive, requires no additional injections and can be performed alongside your PRP Skin Rejuvenation appointment.
PRP Skin Rejuvenation
Uses your own platelet-rich plasma to support collagen, skin quality and natural rejuvenation.
£249
PRP Skin Rejuvenation (Course of 5 sessions)
For optimal results, a course of 5 PRP sessions is recommended to maximise treatment response.
£1,195
Photobiomodulation (Eufoton®)
Targeted red light therapy designed to support skin health, cellular activity and the response to PRP skin rejuvenation.
additional £100

PRP is prepared and placed into targeted areas during the same appointment. Improvements develop gradually as the skin responds over time.
Dr Isran will assess your skin, concerns and medical history. He will explain the expected outcome and confirm whether PRP is appropriate for you.
A small sample of blood is collected in a similar way to a routine blood test.
The blood is processed in a specialist centrifuge to separate and concentrate the platelet-rich plasma.
The PRP is introduced using a series of small injections. The technique and injection points depend on the area being treated.
Eufoton® photobiomodulation may be used following treatment to support the skin’s recovery environment and complement the regenerative process.
Changes develop gradually over the following weeks. The skin may appear fresher, smoother and more resilient as the treatment course progresses.
While a single PRP treatment may provide a temporary refresh, a course of three is commonly recommended for more progressive improvement in skin quality, texture and resilience.
A treatment course allows the regenerative response to build gradually. Dr Isran will recommend suitable intervals based on your skin, concerns and response to treatment.

Dr Isran Sajid is a GMC-registered medical doctor specialising in advanced aesthetic medicine, regenerative treatments and personalised skin rejuvenation.
His approach to PRP focuses on improving skin quality using the regenerative potential of your own blood. Every treatment begins with a medical assessment, considering your skin condition, areas of concern and what you would realistically like to achieve.
PRP can be used alone or incorporated into a wider skin rejuvenation plan alongside treatments such as photobiomodulation, polynucleotides, biostimulators, CO₂ resurfacing or Endolift where appropriate.
Rather than recommending treatment simply because it is available, Dr Isran will advise whether PRP is suited to your concerns and explain if another approach may produce a better outcome.

Every treatment plan starts with careful assessment and open discussion. A consultation helps ensure decisions are informed, appropriate, and tailored to you.
These frequently asked questions provide general information about PRP skin treatment and what you may expect. Your suitability, anticipated results and recommended treatment course will be discussed during your consultation.
PRP is a regenerative treatment prepared from a small sample of your own blood. The sample is processed to concentrate the platelet-rich plasma, which is then carefully placed into targeted areas of the skin.
PRP may support improvement in dullness, fine lines, uneven texture, crepey skin, mild acne scarring and the overall quality of the face, neck, décolletage, hands or under-eye area.
Your appointment includes a medical assessment, blood collection, preparation of your PRP, precise placement into the agreed areas, Eufoton® photobiomodulation where appropriate and personalised aftercare advice.
No. PRP is used to support skin quality rather than add significant volume, projection or facial structure. Dermal filler may be more appropriate where volume loss or structural support is the main concern.
PRP may improve thin or crepey under-eye skin, but it cannot correct every cause of dark circles. Pigmentation, hollowness, visible blood vessels and facial anatomy may require different approaches.
Redness, tenderness, swelling and bruising may occur. Most temporary effects settle within a few days, although under-eye swelling or bruising can occasionally last longer.
Patients usually feel a series of brief pinching or stinging sensations. A topical anaesthetic may be used where appropriate to make treatment more comfortable.
Because PRP is prepared from your own blood, it does not introduce donor material or synthetic filler. However, it remains a medical procedure and carries possible risks including bruising, swelling, infection, inflammation and a limited or unsatisfactory result.
PRP may not be appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for patients with certain blood disorders, active infections, uncontrolled medical conditions or medications that affect clotting. Suitability will be assessed during consultation.
Yes. PRP may be combined with photobiomodulation, microneedling, fractional CO₂ laser or other regenerative treatments when clinically appropriate. Any combined plan should be personalised and carefully timed.
