Stimulate your skin’s own collagen for firmer, stronger and naturally rejuvenated skin — with results that develop gradually over time.
Biostimulators are an advanced injectable treatment designed to work with your body rather than simply adding volume.
Unlike traditional dermal fillers, which use hyaluronic acid gel to provide immediate structure and volume, biostimulators encourage your skin to produce more of its own collagen over time. The result is gradual improvement in skin quality, firmness and support, while maintaining a natural appearance.
At Harley Private Medical in Sheffield, biostimulator treatments are performed by Dr Isran Sajid, using Juläine® as part of a personalised approach to facial rejuvenation.
As we age, our natural production of collagen gradually declines. This contributes to changes including thinner skin, reduced elasticity, loss of firmness and changes in facial support.
Biostimulators are injectable treatments specifically designed to stimulate the biological processes involved in collagen production.
Once introduced into targeted areas of the skin, the treatment encourages a regenerative response. Rather than creating an immediate or artificial-looking change, improvement develops progressively as new collagen is produced.
This makes biostimulators particularly suited to patients who want to improve the quality and structure of their skin without looking as though they have had extensive filler treatment.

Juläine is a collagen biostimulator designed to work with your skin’s natural regenerative processes. Rather than simply adding volume, it stimulates new collagen production to gradually improve firmness, elasticity and tissue support over time.
Encourages your skin’s natural regenerative response to produce new collagen and improve tissue quality.
Designed to improve firmness and support without relying on traditional filler to reshape the face.
Changes develop progressively, helping you look refreshed and better supported rather than noticeably “treated”.
New collagen develops over the following weeks and months, with results continuing to evolve after treatment.
Personally assessed and treated by Dr Isran Sajid as part of an individualised facial rejuvenation plan.
Rather than providing a short-term cosmetic effect, Juläine is designed to stimulate regenerative changes within your own tissue.

Juläine is an injectable biostimulator designed to stimulate your skin’s own regenerative processes. Rather than simply adding volume, it works progressively by encouraging new collagen production, helping to improve firmness, elasticity and tissue support over time.
Dr Isran begins by assessing your skin, facial structure, medical history and areas of concern. This allows him to determine whether Juläine is appropriate and how biostimulation can best be incorporated into your individual rejuvenation plan.
Juläine is carefully introduced beneath the skin in targeted areas according to your anatomy and treatment goals. The technique is designed to distribute the biostimulator through the tissues where collagen stimulation is required.
Following treatment, Juläine stimulates a regenerative response within the tissue, activating the processes responsible for producing new collagen and supporting proteins.
Over the following weeks and months, newly produced collagen gradually remodels and strengthens the tissue. Improvements develop progressively, helping the skin appear firmer, better supported and naturally rejuvenated.
Juläine is designed to create progressive rather than immediate change. For most new patients, an initial course of at least two treatments approximately 4–6 weeks apart is recommended, allowing each treatment to build upon the regenerative response initiated by the previous session.
Collagen production and tissue remodelling continue after treatment, with results developing gradually over the following months. More meaningful improvements are typically assessed at around 3–5 months, although individual responses vary.
Your treatment will be planned and delivered by Dr Isran Sajid following a full medical assessment. Any additional treatment or future maintenance will be recommended according to your skin, goals and response.

Every treatment plan starts with careful assessment and open discussion. A consultation helps ensure decisions are informed, appropriate, and tailored to you.
These frequently asked questions are designed to provide clear, honest information about biostimulators. If you have further questions, these can be discussed in detail during your consultation.
A biostimulator is an injectable treatment designed to stimulate biological processes involved in the production of collagen. Unlike traditional dermal filler, its primary purpose is not simply to add immediate volume.
Juläine is an injectable biostimulator used at Harley Private Medical to encourage collagen production and gradual improvement in skin quality, firmness and tissue support.
No. Although both treatments are injectable, they have different purposes. Dermal fillers provide immediate structural volume, whereas Juläine primarily works by stimulating your body's own collagen response.
Most patients will require at least two sessions, generally spaced approximately 4–6 weeks apart. Dr Isran will recommend an individual treatment plan following consultation.
Some patients notice improved hydration and radiance following their first treatment. Changes in texture, firmness and elasticity generally develop more gradually over the following weeks and may become more noticeable after completing the initial course.
The duration of results varies between patients and can be influenced by age, skin quality, lifestyle and the area treated. Dr Isran can recommend an appropriate maintenance schedule based on how your skin responds.
Results develop gradually because your body needs time to produce new collagen. Improvement typically develops over several months, with results commonly assessed around 3–5 months.
Yes. Juläine can be used to treat either the face or neck. Treating both areas requires additional product and will therefore be priced separately.
